REVIEWER’S MENTAL SCREAM: This album should be studied by any and all upcoming Electronica recording artists! The album starts off with samples of an airport, which set the project off perfect. Beware listeners, get ready for sound flight! Through out the album Emileigh travels range levels in vocal delivery and in sound structure giving the recording great dynamics! I find the album to be a must have! If you have yet to pick up a copy of this album, you need your vitals checked!

LADC ARTIST REVIEW (CHIASM)
By. RedCrow
Every now and then an artist comes along that makes us question the structure around us. Makes us question the reality in which we are swimming. They bring us murky waters rich in depth. They are tools of a sort. Tools that help us explore depths that we did not know even existed. Chiasm, the brainchild of one lovely Emileigh Rohn, is indeed such a tool.
The music takes on life form as if shape shifting in sound. It is beauty, it is joy, it is pain, it is rage, it is art and most of all, it’s refreshing! Her musical touch is very melodic and hypnotizing; greatness in sound motion. Her touch to both, music creation and lyric delivery are very personal. Very personal in the same sense that a medic would be while attending to a wounded soldier at Pearl Harbor, or to a victim at the World Trade Center on 9/11. Difference is, her attention is soothing to ones soul. To be honest, and I remind you that I am not comparing in no way; I have only had three other female vocalist reach me in such a way. The others, being Evanescence, Beth Gibbons (Portishead) and the late Selena. Just as the mentioned are very different from each other’s sound, so is Chiasm. The similarity lies in the fact that she has the gift to not only reach the listener, but she can touch them with words and make them feel it.
Her musical structure is next to genius, packed with great inflections and elevation points, shackling the listener in a car upon the great roller coaster of divine sound. The melody, rhythm, sample timing, sound effects and music playing; all executed in perfection!
Her delivery is very complex with a form that travels and defeats range and tempo barriers. She scorns you with highs, with lows, and complex over-dubs. What’s a bit eerie about this, is that she’s able to do this with a slow pulse as well as with a fast pulse in tempo. Her voice sound as a whole? I’d like to place a label titled "direct Angelic", contents under pressure" on it. Along with a warning label reading, "warning, soul seduction could take place on impact".
This is one artist that I hate to admit that I’ve had yet to see her perform live. So I’m sorry that I cannot report on her performance. However, trust me, I swear by the latches on my straight jacket’ed heart, that I will soon! Till again……..
